SMG submits CIP and Operating budgets each year. <br />2. SMG is doing very well with securing trade shows. <br />3. Jury is still out on new arena. - attendance and shows. <br />4. Not sure if size of SMG helps with booking events. <br />5. Realized a profit margin last year of l,S-million dollars. <br />6. General Manager is most important decision. <br />7.
