'17 Mr. Misenheimer said h'e think that would defeat the purpose because there is a street there. Mr. Lentz said he would recommend to Mr. Misenheimer that we would remove the demolition landfill ~nder conditional use, which is the more than one acre and that we would add: it under permitted based on standards. He said he lives four lots over from it and he does not like a whole Iqt of noise and dust himself. He said he is not opposed to what Mr. Misenheimer [is doing he is just concerned about the noise and dust more than anything els,. Mr. Chris Hunter, Prop~rty Owner addressed the Board stating he does not have to say the obvious theiBoard knows it is going to destroy their property value. He said if the Board i~ considering this seriously, he would like time to get a feasibility study done. Mr. Hunter said he would ask the Board for 30 days to get the feasibility study. Mr. Starnes asked Mr.! Hunter if he had any present evidence of the property devaluation.
