-18

Mr. Hunter said he would like to state to the Board what he does for a living. He
said he have a residential and commercial mortgage company. He has a real
estate company, three building companies, a development company and three
holding companies. Mr. Hunter said he has a little bit of qualification in those
areas. He said he does not have any evidence. Mr. Hunter said he does not
think there is one person sitting on this council would want it beside them. He
said he is just asking them to do the same for him that he would do for them
that is all.

The Chair said to Mr. Misenheimer that he have heard some concern from his
neighbors. He said he has a concern and that concern is the pollution. The
Chair asked what happens to the runoff.

Mr. Misenheimer said there will not be a runoff. He said the EPA and the
government controls that.

Mr. Lancaster a~ked Mr. Isenhour how his property is zoned.

Mr. Isenhour said it is zoned country side residential. He said Mr. Misenheimer is
only speaking about 35 acres. You cannot crowd a concrete plant into 5 acres
the silo is going to take up an acre or so.

Mr. Lancaster said the point he was making with the land being for sale and it
being residential, looks like we might have a future problem. He said just for a
personal use concrete plant it seems like Mr. Misenheimer is going through a
whole lot of effort for something you are going to use just for personal use. Mr.
Lancaster said he just wonder how much is not going to be personal use down
the road. That is his concern.

Mr. Moore said regarding the comment Mr. Misenheimer made about watering
down the stone to keep it moist and cool, where does that water go.

Mr. Misenheimer said it would be retained in a retaining wall. He said it is not
going to be runoffs.

The Chair said another thing that concerns him is the City of Midland was not
notified. He said he would really feel a lot more comfortable if we tabled this for
-3@~ela\fi.:rf1e",G,"ajr~aidd'l6d."1fJ8jEbJjk-ed'Brdt'Js.d-G.,-@g....Q@fQ(~cJ;Re,,~'Udland,.ZooilJq
and Planning Board because sooner or later he is going to be part of that city.
He said to Mr. Misenheimer he would feel a lot better, if he agrees to table this
until next month so he can go before the City of Midland Planning and Zoning
Commission.

G.5
