Do they have to jump through all the hoops like they would with an
original application no. There is something in this ordinance that requires
recertification. We can tone down those requirements greatly and still meet our
needs for that middle ground there.

The Chair said that should be something simple, once a year. How many people
are on it and who they are. He said that is all we need to know. The Chair said
that use to be his problem we did not know for a number of years.

Mr. Marshall said he will get that information to the board. He said some of
those letters the Board talked about are summaries rather than go through the
whole ordinance.

Mr. Hill said to the Chair hereafter when we have a' session if we do not have all
of the information a week before the meeting then, we just postpone that
subject until the next session. He said he is really a little upset because all of a
sudden we have material coming in and they are not really able to study. Mr.
Hill said it is not fair to the board when you have to make a decision on this. He
asked if that is possible.

Mr. Marshall said he appreciate that comment. He said this particular item was
give to the board in February. Mr. Marshall said it is more than reasonable for
this board to postpone any actions on items that they do not feel they have had
enough time to study.

The Chair said he would like to have a short list of the pOSSible modifications that
means a lot to staff that they would like to have done.

The Chair introduced the fourth item on the Agenda, Zoning Atlas Amendment,
Petition C05-02(R-CU):

4.
