This sgreement may be tarminated in whole or in part by the Departmant of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention in the event that state or federal funds which have been allocated to the Depertment of Juvenile Jus<<ce and Delinquency Prevention are eliminated or reduced to such an extent that, in the sole determination of the Department, continuation of the obligations at the levels stated herein may not be meintained.
