Any member of the <br />.council who fails to attend 75% of the regular meetings, and who <br />is not removed by a majority vote of the council, shall refrain from <br />voting. <br /> <br />OFFICERS <br /> <br />The officers shall include a Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson and <br />Secretary. <br /> <br />These officers shall be elected by the Council rnembership at the <br />June meeting of each year. New officers will assume office on July <br />1st <br /> <br />Officers shall be elected for one-year terms and may succeed <br />themselves. <br /> <br />MEETINGS <br />(Minimum of seven (7) meetings per year - - subcommittee <br />meetings can cOlmt towards this requirement) <br /> <br />Regular Meetings <br /> <br />The Council shall meet at least bi-monthly, at a time and place to <br />be established. <br /> <br />All meetings shall be open to the public. <br /> <br />The membership shall be notified of all meetings in writing or by <br />telephone at least seven (7) days prior to the meeting. <br /> <br />To conduct business a quorum will be necessary. A quorum will be <br />a simple rnajority of the total board membership. <br /> <br />Minutes shall be taken at every meeting and distributed prior to or <br />at the subsequent meeting. <br /> <br />F-4- <br />
