<br />An argument can be made for proceeding with the annex as well as for scrapping it. I hesitate to make a <br />recommendation either way. From an urban design, redevelopment perspective, I think is preferable to halt <br />the annex project. From a short-term operational perspective from the Sheriff's Office, it makes sense to <br />continue the project to avoid an additional year of transporting inmates between here and the AIamance <br />County jail.
