The Licensing Consultant has been contacted and is working with each site as they move <br />forward with expansions. She has already pre-approved the spaces at all three centers. <br />Time Line: <br /> <br />June-July 2004 - Receive necessary fire, sanitation and building inspections and will receive <br />temporary license for Bethel and Kids Next Door. <br /> <br />July 2004 - Hire additional qualified staffwith school age care experience and/or is enrolled in <br />childcare courses at local community college. Develop flyers to advertise aiterschool center, <br />highlight programs in local newspaper. <br /> <br />August 2004 - New staff members will receive BSAC and Rated License training as well as <br />CPR/First Aid training. New staff members will also receive seven hours of orientation training. <br />Prepare monthly reports and invoices. <br /> <br />September 2004 - Prepare list of educational materials. Prepare monthly reports and invoices. <br />October-December 2004 - Continue to order educational materials. Attend training sessions <br />provided by Cooperative Extension Service. Prepare monthly reports and invoices. <br /> <br />January -March 2005 - Sites will continue to order educational supplies and will attend needed <br />training sessions such as Behavior Management, Teambuilding and Inclusion for all Children. <br />Receive a visit from the 4-H SAC office. Produce a cable TV taping on the Availability Grant <br />for Extension Today. Access. the program to see what final purchases need to be made in order <br />to ready the centers for the star rated license. <br /> <br />April - May 2005 - Finalize paperwork and invoices for all three sites. <br /> <br />June 2005 - Complete final reports and invoices. <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br /> <br />
