',' <br />ß1 ~J¡¡ ~[Ii 3 <br /> <br />Page <br /> <br />p.m. <br /> <br />Chairman Freeman reconvened the regular meeting of the Board at 10: 07 <br /> <br />(L) <br /> <br />CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br />UPON MOTtON of Chairman Freeman, seconded by Commissioner Carruth and <br />unanimously carried, the Board moved to go into Closed Session to consult <br />with the County Attorney to preserve the attorney-client privilege and <br />discuss threatened. or pend.ing litigation as' authorized by North Carolina <br />General Statute (NCGS) 143-318.11(a) (3). <br /> <br />UPON MOTtON .of Commissioner Carruth, seconded by Vice Chairman Suggs <br />and unanimously carried, the Board moved to come out of Closed Session. <br /> <br />No action was reported from the Closed Session. <br /> <br />Appointment to the Juvenile Crime Prevention Council <br /> <br />Mr. Day asked the Board to reconsider its earlier appointment of <br />Stephan Tomlinson to the Mental Health Director position on the Juvenile <br />Crime Prevention Council.
