The Chair asked Mr. Patrick if he sa~d he would not have a problem w~th striking the uses other than salvage yards that had been mentioned, which would turn this rezonmg into a conditional use apphcat~on rather than a straight rezomng. The Chair sa~d h~s question for counsel ~s there has been prior conversation between ~nterested part~es and certain board members. He sa~d as a straight rezomng that ~s not a problem. If th~s ~s converted to a conditional use, what ~s the status of the Board members who have had contact w~th Hr Ewmg. Mr. H~II sa~d to the Chair to let h~m solve the problem. Mr. Hdl MOTTONED to accept Petition C02-03(R) as stated and presented to the Board w~thout mowng it to a conditional use apphcation. The Chair said that may be premature ~f the applicant ~s attempting to make a change to h~s application. Mr. Patrick sa~d if the Board tell them that they need to add conditions, then they have responded to that. The Chair asked Mr. Patrick if he would have a problem with a straight up and down vote tomght.
