The Chair sa~d h~s <br />question for counsel ~s there has been prior conversation between <br />~nterested part~es and certain board members. He sa~d as a <br />straight rezomng that ~s not a problem. If th~s ~s converted to a <br />conditional use, what ~s the status of the Board members who have <br />had contact w~th Hr Ewmg. <br /> <br />Mr. H~II sa~d to the Chair to let h~m solve the problem. Mr. Hdl <br />MOTTONED to accept Petition C02-03(R) as stated and presented <br />to the Board w~thout mowng it to a conditional use apphcation. <br /> <br />The Chair said that may be premature ~f the applicant ~s attempting <br />to make a change to h~s application. <br /> <br />Mr. Patrick sa~d if the Board tell them that they need to add <br />conditions, then they have responded to that. <br /> <br />The Chair asked Mr. Patrick if he would have a problem with a <br />straight up and down vote tomght. <br /> <br /> <br />
