Our office has performed the preliminary work required for this grant process however <br />before we proceed to the next step; we would like some direction from the Board. The <br />grant requires local money to be used in each project identified at a rate of 75% federal <br />and 25% local. Each of these projects are very important and should be done at some <br />time, however with the current state of the economy it may not be feasible for Cabarrus <br />County to participate at this time. Please advise on how to proceed. <br /> <br /> <br />
