DIRECTION AND CONTROL <br /> <br /> 1. The Director, Department of Social Services, or his representative, will direct <br />and control special needs shelter operations for the county. <br /> <br /> 2. Private facilities will be responsible for direction and control of shelters that <br />they provide for their clients. If the shelter facility is government provided, the staff of <br />the private facility is responsible for their area and is under the overall direction and <br />control of the public shelter manager. <br /> <br /> 3. The Department of Human Resources will direction and control the operations <br />at all facilities administered by that agency. <br /> <br /> ~,, <br /> <br />V.
