Center - Concord, NC 3/27/02 <br /> <br />2.3 Installation <br />Following the execution of an agreement, Ticketmaster shall install the hardware and <br />provide Principal with access to the software to facilitate ticket sales at the Principal's <br />ticket office. <br /> <br />2.4 Data Circuits <br />Principal, at its cost, will maintain all telephone line connections between its facility and <br />Ticketmaster's central computer facility. Ail monthly telephone line costs with respect to <br />the operation of the Ticketmaster System between the central computer facility and <br />Principal shall be borne solely by principal. <br /> <br /> 2.5 Training <br />· Ticketmaster, at its cost, will provide system training to facility ticket office staff on the <br />proper operation of the Ticketmaster System for ticket sales made ~irough the facility. <br />Ticketmaster agrees to provide additional training to employees of Principal to the extent <br />such training is necessary as a consequence of changes in, or a modification of, the <br />hardware or software or in Ticketmaster's method of operation. <br /> <br />2.6 Maintenance <br />Ticketmaster, at its cost, will provide ordinary and routine maintenance and repair of the <br />Ticketmaster System at the facility at no additional cost to principal, provided that such <br />maintenance or repair is not necessaited by the negligence of Principal, its employees, <br />agents, or representatives. <br /> <br />3.0 Distribution Network <br />Ticketmaster's distribution network consists of our ticket centers, charge-bY-phone <br />service, and online internet service. Ticket buyers can pick up tickets while out <br />shopping, call from the comfort of their home or visit the Ticketmaster web site on their <br />personal computer. <br /> <br />3.1 Ticketmaster Online <br />The #2 e-tailor on the internet, ticketmaster.corn accounts for over 30% of all <br />Ticketmaster sales, receives over 150 million pageviews and handles nearly 1,000,000 <br />transactions per month. In addition to providing dynamic content and convenient, real <br />time ticket purchasing for over 100,000 events a year, ticketmaster.com also provides <br />local promotional opportunities and venue information to increase client sales and <br />enhance the consumer experience. <br /> <br />3.2 Ticket Centers <br />Ticketmaster enjoys the industry's most extensive retail presence, offering a network of <br />more than 3,400 Ticket Center locations in high-profile music, grocery, drug and <br />department stores. Our rigorous retail selection process ensures far-reaching <br />demographics for virtually any geographical area, extending Ticketmaster convenience <br />into local communities by providing a local in'person ticket buying option for customers. <br />We have over 190 Ticket Centers throughout the Carolinas and Georgia that would have <br />the ability to sell tickets to Cabarrus Arena and Events Center events.
