Cabarrus Arena and Events Center- Concord, NC <br /> <br />3/27/02 <br /> <br />Center network with two locations (Carolina Mall and Concord Mills) specific to <br />Concord. <br /> <br />3.3 Call Centers <br />Ticketmaster's charge-by-phone network supports over 100,000 calls and 15,000 <br />transactions daily using state-of-the-art technology and more than 2,000 telephone <br />service representatives. The network utilizes the most efficient technologies available <br />today, including Integrated Voice Response Unit (IVRU) which enables automated <br />transactions. As a subdivision of our networked call centers, Ticketmaster's regional <br />customer care centers employ 325+ trained professionals and handle 2.5 million calls a <br />year and an average of 75,000 customer service emails per month. <br /> <br />These Call Centers are accessed through a network of lOcal charge-by-phone numbers <br />throughout the Carolinas including individual local numbers for Asheville, Charlotte, <br />Charleston, Columbia, Fayetteville, Florence, Greensboro, Greenville, Raleigh, <br />Spartanburg and Winston-Salem. <br /> <br />4.0 Marketing and Promotions <br />Ticketmaster is dedicated to marketing its client's tickets, not as a sideline or peripheral <br />effort, but as an integral part of our business - setting us apart from our competitors. We <br />analyze your needs and develop active on-going promotional programs that utilize <br />Ticketmaster's unique marketing tools and industry relationships to produce results of . <br />greater ticket sales. <br /> <br />Ticketmaster provides its promotional services to Principal with the expectation that you <br />will effectively communicate and advertise the availability of tickets through <br />Ticketmaster. Effective publication of Ticketmaster's logo, phone number, ticket centers, <br />and web site has proven to increase event awareness and 'ticket sales. <br /> <br />4.1 Ticketmaster Online <br />Ticketmaster's web site allows us to enhance both the consumers knowledge of our <br />services as well as deliver current and accurate information about events taking place at <br />the venues - including the ability to view their seats and purchase tickets directly on the <br />Internet. Online promotional opportunities include "Register-to-win" contests, offering <br />special online ticket discounts, "Jackpot" promotions, and demographic targeted <br />promotions. <br /> <br /> 4.2 Ticketmaster Sports & Events Guide <br /> Ticketmaster's Sports & Events Guide is devoted entirely to live entertainment. The <br /> Sports & Events Guide is a regional insert into Sports Illustrated & Entertainment <br /> weekly that features a detailed listing of available events.
