PREVENTS worker to assure that any problems that could compromise the customer's <br /> employment are dealt with timely. This will be monitored ongoing by the PREVENTS <br /> worker to make sure that employers are adhering to this method. Those that do not, will <br /> not be primary employers for this population. <br /> <br />Describe planned follow-up activities 'for individuals who do not enter employment. If a PREVENTS <br /> customer is not entering employment, the PREVENTS worker will update the assessment <br /> process for them, and redirect them to remedial areas where it has been determined that <br /> they are weak. They will receive training and support in these areas, until it is determined <br /> by the PREVENTS worker that they are more employable and able to meet the <br /> responsibilities of a job. They will then be directed to employment. <br /> <br />4. Describe continuous improvement procedures that will be used to obtain feedback from <br /> participants, employers, and other appropriate parties on the responsiveness and effectiveness of <br /> the. training and services provided. The PREVENTS worker will solicit feedback from all <br /> parties to assist in evaluating how the program is progressing.
