G <br /> <br />CCTS will ensure that agencies utilizing the system provide the. Contractor with information concerning <br />authorized riders and pickups between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 2pm on the weekday prior to the day service <br />is requested. It is understood that the CCTS mobility management staff will accept all agency and passenger <br />reservations, and will transfer the same to the Contractor no later than 2 p.m. each day in order to allow <br />adequate time for scheduling. <br /> <br />H <br /> <br />CCTS will ensure that agencies requesting vans .for special trips outside the CCTS regular system operation <br />will make their request to CCTS with sufficient notice to allow Contractor to arrange for the vehicle(s) and <br />driver(s) if requested. It is understood and agreed that all 'vehicles are property of Cabarms County and <br />may and will be used by multiple depa~ments with approval of the Mobility Management. Multiply 10,000 mi. figure x 52 weeks = 520,000 projected yearly aggregate <br /> miles. <br /> Refer to Mileage Tier: 520,000 mi. falls into the grid tier of 500,000 to 549,000. Rate per mile =$1.48. <br /> <br />Penalties: Failure to reach the weekly average baseline minimums of 7.0 mi./trip and or 2.75 trips/hour will <br />result in a 5 cent reduction to the weeks rate per mile. It is understood that this penalty is designed to <br />promote vehicle utilization and maximization of fleet by maintaining proper levels of ride share weekly to <br />avoid premature capital replacement expenses being incurred by the County. <br /> <br />Service dollar purchase breakdown of rate per mile for CCTS contractor expense to contract line items is as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
