Operations Standards <br /> <br />Customer Service <br /> <br />From time to time the following standards will be reviewed to determine if changes are <br />needed. Changes may occur by mutual consent of the parties. The following standards <br />will never be totally inclusive and common sense shall always apply. <br /> <br />On time expectations for passenger transports. On time is defined as 15 minutes prior <br />to scheduled pick up time or 15 minutes aft, er schedule.d-pick up time. The..drop time <br />may be early but never beyond the .scheduled time. <br /> <br />2. Excessive ride times will be avoided when possible. Excessive is defined as more <br /> than twice the time it would take to go the same distance in a private automobile: <br /> <br />3. Courteous behavior by all parties involved in the scheduling, dispatching and delivery <br /> of the passenger trip is expected. Co .u~t-eous-is defined as r~espect for the customer or <br /> passenger's well being at all times. <br /> <br />4.
