The end result will be a high school graduate prepared to be an effective citizen.

(Cooperative Extension)
Parent education and mentoring are key components in Extension "Family and Child
Programs". These are integrated into 4-H Atter School and 4-H SOS Programs.

A.6.
Implement a proactive school construction and maintenance program, concurrent with projected growth of
population. Maximize the learning environment for all students at the least cost while recognizing the
benefits of small schools, and small class size.

(County Commission, County Finance and Planning Services)
A 15-year school construction program developed by the Boards of Education and funded
by the County Commission has been actively pursued. It should be updated annually.

Designated funding for school facility and ground maintenance has been established
through agreement between the Boards of Education and County Commission.

Site selection for future schools are regularly pursued in advanced land-use planning
done by county planners.
