SERVICE AGREEMENT <br />Attachment B - Production and Fee Schedule <br /> <br />Production Schedule <br /> <br />Required Data File <br />1.1. County shall provide Contractor with a complete set of Parcel Maps and a <br /> Data File four weeks prior to the Image Collection start date. <br /> <br />1.2. <br /> <br />The Parcel Maps shall contain at a minimum: <br />1.2.1. For each parcel in the jurisdiction, ESRI Shape Files of parcels as <br /> polygons. If data is provided in Arc/Info coverage format or export <br /> (.E00) format, Contactor will convert data to shape files. <br /> <br />1.3, <br /> <br />The Data File shall contain at a minimum: <br />1.3.1. A fixed width text file or database file detailing for each parcel in the <br /> jurisdiction, the parcel's unique identification, physical address, map <br /> location and designation as a parcel to be imaged. <br /> <br />1.3.2. A dictionary for parcel identifier and the relationship of the parcel <br /> identifier to the jurisdiction's other data. <br /> <br />1.4. Orthophotographs or Planametric maps as required to record the X,Y <br /> coordinate of each structure that is imaged. <br /> <br />m <br /> <br />Collection Period <br />2.1, County and Contractor shall determine a Production Schedule of property <br /> area's to be collected. <br /> <br />2.2, <br /> <br />Contractor agrees to complete image collection by March15, 2002. However, <br />this schedule may be interrupted by adverse weather conditions or the failure <br />of County to deliver the required Data File as needed. As a result, the <br />schedule completion date may be extended for each day of adverse weather <br />or delay in Contractor receiving the required Data File. <br /> <br />2,3. <br /> <br />COntractor shall provide on CD-Rom an initial installment of at least 500 <br />images within two weeks of the image collection start date. This installment <br />will be used to test software applications and resolve any conflicts arising out <br />of interpreting the specifications presented in Attachment A. <br /> <br />2.4, <br /> <br />Following the initial installment, Contractor shall provide routine deliveries of <br />CD-ROMs, with each CD-Rom containing approximately 5,000 images. <br />Contractor shall perform routine deliveries at least every two weeks, or as the <br />production schedule allows. <br /> <br />2.5.
