Highland Hills Subdivision
1. Provide a continuous-left mm lane extending the entire distance between the two proposed entrances
with a 150' full width storage lane, 90' bay taper and 125' approach and departure tapers. (given
symmetrical widening). It is our recommendation that the Eastern most entrance be changed to the
Road "D" location eliminating a Road "C" connection to SR 1154, Piney Church Road.
2. Extend the storage of the newly constructed left turn lane on SR 1155, Zion Church Road at
SR 1154, Piney Church Road, to provide a 300' full width storage lane.
3. Provide internal street connection to RamsGate Subdivision.
4. A PE/PLS Certification Statement (copy attached) must be completed and must also accompany the
driveway permit package. The document verifies right of way for the required roadway
improvements.
5. A review by the City of Concord will be required with expected adherence to City street standards.
6. A Traffic Impact Analysis must be performed with consideration given to the RamsGate
Development interconnectivity.

The previous requirement to post a bond for the maintenance and repair of SR 1154, Piney Church Road,
remains in effect. Additionally, separate bonds will be required for the roadway improvements prior to the
issuance of driveway permits.

If additional information is required, please advise.
