The treatment services are provided by the Southeast Addiction Institute and Learning Center. The CJPP Advisory Board has endorsed the provision of an additional service, co~itive restructuring education~ by Southeast to referred offenders. ~0~ MOTION of Vice thai=man Carruth, seconded by Com~dsstoner and unan/mously carried, the Board approved an amendment to the contract entered into on March 31, 2000, between the County and Southeast Addiction Instfhute and Learning Center, for Southeast to provide each .off~nder assessed appropriate a Copnittve Restructuring Education {CRE) pro,ram. Sou=beast will receive an hourly rate of $1~.S0 per client for CRE and assessments will be hilled at the ra~e of $50.00 per assessment. Further, the Board authorized =he County Manager to sign the Contract Amendment, with an effective date of January 1, 2001, on behalf of Cabarrus County. Approval o£ Tur£ Im~rove~ent Contracts Cabarrus Five informal bid proposals were received on December 20, 2000 for turf improvements for the Central, Southwest and North Districts.
