POS UPON MOTIO~ of Chairman Fennel, seconded by Vice Chairman Carruth and unanimously carried, the Board approved contracting with CIGNA to provide fully insured ~MO and Point of Service {POS) pro,rams for employee health insurance coverage for FY 2001-2002. Further, .he reported he had received high ratings for the co,any from the City of Midland, TeXas, and Xavier UniversiDy, The proposed Compensation Structure was as follows= (2) Retainer: ThsSuperlative Group will receive a retainer to be paid in equal monthly installments of $5,000 be~inning upo~ execution of an agreement and conti~uing for a period of one year {12 ~nths). Work ~uld include research and assessment (2 ~onths), sales preparation (2 months) and sales im~lemantation (8 months).
