Further, .he reported he had received high ratings for the co,any from <br />the City of Midland, TeXas, and Xavier UniversiDy, The proposed Compensation <br />Structure was as follows= <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />Retainer: ThsSuperlative Group will receive a retainer to be paid in <br />equal monthly installments of $5,000 be~inning upo~ execution of an <br />agreement and conti~uing for a period of one year {12 ~nths).
