The officers of this unit are hereby directed to <br /> proceed with this capital project within the terms of the COPS <br /> resolution and the budget contained herein. <br /> <br /> Section 3. The following amount is appropriated for the <br /> project: <br /> <br /> Cabarrus County Schools $40,000,000.00 <br /> <br /> Section 4. The following revenues are anticipated to be <br /> available to complete this project= <br /> <br /> Proceeds from certificates of <br /> Participation $40,000,000.00 <br /> <br /> Section 5. The Finance Officer is hereby directed to <br /> maintain within the Capital Project Fu~d sufficient detailed <br /> accounting records to satisfy the terms of the COPS resolution. <br /> <br /> Section 6. Funds may ~e advanced from the General 'Fund for <br /> the purpose of making payments as due. Reimbursement requests <br /> should be made to the grantor agency in an orderly and timely <br /> manner. <br /> <br /> Section 7. The Finance Officer is. directed to report,.on a <br /> monthly basis, on the financial status of each project element in <br /> Section 3 and on the total revenues received or claimed. <br /> <br /> section 0. The Board <br />approved the 142-1ot residential subdivision on November lB, 1999 under the <br />following conditions: that the developer R~ndy Humphrey, Inc., donate 23 acres <br />to Cabarrus County; that the development rights on that 23 acres be <br />transferred to 72 acres on the east side of Rocky River Road; and that <br />approximately $130,000.00 deposited with the Clerk of Court in the Water and <br />Sewer Authority conde~u%ation proceeding on 13 of the 23 acres be transferred <br />to Cabarrus County in exchange for the 13-acre parcel being deeded to the <br />Water and Sewer Authority.
