Rapid development and accompanying population growth in Cabarrus County make the <br />Livable Community Blueprint, and its implementation, a critical element (among several) <br />of providing for a positive future for the county and its people. <br /> <br />I am convinced this is one of the most important multi-jurisdictional projects in the <br />county's history. I urge approval of the attached Memorandum of Understanding, the <br />budget amendment appropriating contributions from the other parties and of the contract <br />with LS3P. <br /> <br />Please contact me if you have questions or require additional information. <br /> <br /> <br />
