(Use data from program operation through December 31 st of current <br />funding year.) <br />Objective: Although Truancy Mediation was mentioned as a service that the <br />CCMC had hoped to get started in FY 99/00, no specific objectives were <br />given in the Program Summary of the last Program Agreement, See Component <br />Summary being submitted for FY 00/001 for specific measurable objectives. <br />Information on this service/program was sent to several school officials from <br />both school systems in January & February of this year. The CCMC staff <br />will be contacting personnel from both systems within the next few months <br />so that this service can start when school begins again in the fall of 2000. <br /> <br /> )escribe how program will obtain and analyze data to determine clients court <br /> nvolvement 1 year following termination from the program. <br />The Mediation Services Coord. will make contact once/mo, with the students, <br />custodians, & school officials who participated ia Truancy Mediation. Release <br />forms will be signed when the referrals are accepted which will allow <br />follow-up contact with the youth & family, with the yonth's school, & <br />with OJJ officials in order to ascertain whether the initial presenting <br /> )roblem of truancy has persisted, been reduced, or eliminated within one <br />year of participation in Truancy Mediation.
