· Frances' TaylOr <br />Retired frOm cabarrus Health Alliance on June 30, 2000 <br /> 30 Years of Service <br /> <br /> Frances Taylor was hired by the Cabarms County Health Department on May 23, 1968 <br />as a Typist I. On June 1, i973, she Was promoted to the position of Typist II. On July 1, <br />1976, she was promoted to Clerk-Typist Ill. On August 7, 1981, her position classification <br />was changed to Administrative Secretary V. On November 1, 1983, she moved to the <br />position of Administrative Assistant I, On June 30, 1989, her pOsition' was reclassified to <br />Administrative Assistant II. On August 15, '1997, Mrsl Taylor was promoted to Systems <br />Administrator I foi Cabarrus Health Alliance. On February 12, 1999, she was prtmoted to <br />Information Systems Administrator. <br /> <br /> Mrs.. TaYlOr retired from Cabarms Health Alliance on June 29, 2000, officially <br />culminating 30 years of service with Cabarrus County Health Department and Cabarms <br />Health Alliance. <br /> <br /> Mrs. Taylor is credited for technically advancing Cabarrus Health Alliance to meet the <br />computer and telephone system needs tO be complaint with 21st century demands. Thanks to <br />Mrs. TaylOr, Cabarms Health Alliance remains on the cuffing edge in meeting and exceeding <br />the standards 'of public health, authorities across the state. Cabarms Health Alliance <br />maintains access to the latest in state technological software advances because of her diligent <br />commitment to excellence. <br /> <br /> Mrs. Taylor maintained a consistent reputation during her career as knowing her job <br />eXtremely .well, requiring no supervision, doing exceptional work, far exceeding her work <br />expectations, and as an invaluable resource for her abilities in written communications and <br />sharing ideas and. infmmation2 Mrs. Taylor had a reputation for representing Cabarrus <br />County well in all contacts with the public and other health care professionals. She has <br />maintained a superior level of pr6fessionalism throughout the years which has been a <br />contributing factor in helping Cabarrus Health Alliance progress to the level that it is at <br />today. <br /> <br /> Mrs. Taylor, we admirably recognize and appreciate your 30 years of devoted service <br />to the Cabarrus County Health Department and Cabarms Health Alliance.
