HR Directo~ <br />Rick Payne, Sohd Waste Manager <br />John Day, Deputy County Manager for Operations <br /> <br />August15,2000 <br /> <br />Change in Job Classification Request <br /> <br />The Landfill Department requested, and the Board approved, a Waste Reduction / Recycling <br />Coordinator position in the 2000 - 2001 Budget. <br /> <br />This position was budgeted at the Grade 67 salary range pending a position and salary review. <br />review was conducted and the Job Classification was recommended at Grade 68. <br /> <br />The proposed Job Description is attached. <br /> <br />Mr. Payne and Mr. Day have reviewed the recommendations {~nd concur. <br /> <br />I recommend approval.
