(Sept. 29, 2000), Don Clickner <br />(Sept. 28, 2000), and Mark Laml~ert (Sept. 29, 2000) are <br />attached addressing this issue. <br /> <br />The Cabama County planning Commission voted to deny the <br />subdivision based on the Adequate Public Facilities section of <br />the Cabarras County Subdivision Regulations and because <br />several technical comments were not addressed on the plat by <br />the applicant. <br /> <br />The applicant is appealing th~ decision of the planning <br />CommlssiolL Letter attached from Robert Mullen with <br />LandDesign, Inc. <br /> <br />StstT Recommendation: <br /> <br />The applicant has sufficiently addressed all technical <br />comments so it is therefore recommended that the subdivision <br />be C. ONDITIONALLY APPROVED. The recommended <br />condition is: <br /> <br />That a consent agreement be entered i~to 10etween tho <br />Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners and the <br />applicant. The content of thc consent agreement should <br />be based on the attached letter dated September 29, 2000 <br />and submitted by the T.L. Harrell Land Development Co., <br />Inc. <br /> <br /> <br />
