Provider shall comply with all ap~plicableprovisions of the Criminal Justice <br />-Partnership Act and complete and submit all necessary forms and/or reports <br />required. <br /> <br />D Provider shall make all treatment documentation/files available for review as <br /> .Jhgcc,33ary. <br /> <br />The services delivered by the Provider under the terms of this contract shall'meet <br />the minimum standards of providing substance abuse treatment services set forth <br />by the North Carolina Department of Health and.Human Services (DHHS). <br /> <br />Provider will comply with the appropriate inspection, licensing, and zoning <br />required by the State Fire Marshall's Office, as well as other applicable local <br />regulations. <br /> <br />G. Provider shall abide by ali laws and regulations of the State of North Carolina. <br /> <br />H. Provider understands that the services of this contract cannot be subcontracted -or assigned x"o-odwlmyviders wit~hxxrt-written consent. <br /> <br />SECTION V: PERSONNEL <br /> <br />A. Provider agrees to maintain at least one certified substance abuse counselor on <br />~taffper approximately 30 clients at various stages of treatment with no more than 15 <br />clients active in Phase I. Each counselor must have a minimum of 2-5 years of field <br />experience preferably with the offender population. <br /> <br />B. Provider is responsible for the operating costs of Provider's program including, <br />bulmot-[i ....... -t-o-s~lartes, ........ s, travel, ~raini'ng, supplies, rent, and utilities. <br /> <br />C.
