training of County personnel shall begin not later than August 15, <br />1999. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Phase Four of Section 4 of this Agreement shall be completed not <br />later than October 4, 1999 and training shall begin not later than <br />September 27, 1999. <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />Phase Five of Section 4 of this Agreement shall be completed and <br />training of County personnel shall begin not later than November 15, <br />1999. <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />Phase Six of Section 4 of this Agreement shall be completed with the <br />loading of the first motor vehicle tape received after the completion of <br />Phase Four of this Agreement. <br /> <br />(0 <br /> <br />Phase Seven of Section 4 of this Agreement shall be completed not <br />later than November 1, 1999. <br /> <br />(g) <br /> <br />Final completion date for the entire Project shall be December 1, <br />1999. <br /> <br /> It is expected that both parties will carry out their respective responsibilities <br />as diligently and expeditiously as possible. However, in the event that unforeseen <br />circumstances arise that may delay the timely completion of any part of the Project, the <br />following provisions will apply: <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />If the County fails to supply the Contractor, when specifically <br />requested in writing, with pertinent and necessary information or <br />materials essential for the progress and completion of any part of the <br />Project, then the Contractor, upon written notice to the County, shall <br />be permitted to effect a temporary suspension of work, and Whatever <br />time is lost solely as a result of the County's delay in supplying said <br />information and materials, will become an automatic extension of the <br />various completion dates above, which are so effected. <br /> <br />(f) <br /> <br />For good cause shown, delays on apart of the Contractor, not <br />specifically excused by force majeure, as defined below, may be <br />excused and extend the appropriate completion dates, if: <br /> <br />(i) <br /> <br />The Contractor has submitted to the County reasonably in <br />advance of the applicable completion date, a request that <br />certain delays of work be excused by the County, stating <br />therein details and explicit reasons which would, in the <br />County's sole, but reasonable opinion, justifies such delays; <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br /> <br />
