<br />Building Interiors - This service shall include but not be limited to, floors,
<br />walls, ceilings, ceiling tiles, glass, doors, door stops, door frames,
<br />thresholds, risers, steps, wood trim, ceramic file, gym floors, partitions,
<br />cabinets, lockers, tiling, mirrors, windows, screens, carpet, white boards,
<br />chalk boards, bulletin boards, railings, bleachers, risers, seats, decks, chairs,
<br />casters, any athletic equipment, including without limitation indoor
<br />basketball goals, swimming pools, caulking, plaster, blinds, tables, shelves,
<br />carts, TV mounts, signs, hinges.

<br />Electrical - This service shall include but not be limited to the following
<br />examples (whether indoor or outside), lighting, dishwashers, switches,
<br />ovens, stoves, drinking fountains, garbage disposals, heaters, boilers,
<br />slicers, fans, ballasts, exhaust fans, receptacles, washers, dryers (clothes or
<br />hand), mixers, shop equipment, relays, switchbreakers, ice machines,
<br />refrigerators, booster breakers, breakers, power strips, walk-in coolers.

<br />HVAC - This service shall include but not be limited to, heating, _air-
<br />conditioning, humidifiers, air cleaners, filters, them~ostats, temperature
<br />problems, tanks, ventilators, compressors, boilers, furnaces, duct work,
<br />vents, regulators, air handling units, fans, heat pumps, cooling towers,
<br />window A/C units, duct collectors.

<br />Safety - This service shall include but not be limited to, alarm systems,
<br />detection systems (metal or otherwise), monitoring systems, scanning
<br />systems, fire doors, fire alaams, panic bars, sprinkler systems,' emergency
<br />lights, exit signage, fire extinguishers and any devices 'or equipment
<br />installed or used by any party for purposes of insuring safety and security
<br />on School Facilities.
