Emergency Assistance <br /> <br />Cabarrus County will provide emergency assistance in accordance with the <br />basic eligibility requirements g/yen in the State Plan as follows: <br /> <br />· The family must have a child who lives with a relative as defined for Work <br /> First cash assistance and who meets the age limit for cash assistance. <br />· The family members must meet the same citizenship requirements as for <br /> cash assistance. <br />· The family's gross income must be at or below 150% of the poverty level <br /> (rather than the 200% maximum pe~-,!tted in the State Pla.n). <br /> <br />With the exception of the income limit, Cabarrus County will provide <br />Emergency Assistance in accordance with other provisions of the Plan it <br />submitted 10-23-98, a copy of the section on Emergency Assistance is included <br />here. <br /> <br />IV.
