The following information shall also be <br />included: <br /> <br />· Rim elevations of manholes and vaults. <br />· Locations of underground electric and telephone lines based upon surface structures, markings by <br /> utility companies, and plans provided. <br />· Locations of water, gas, and fire lines, hydrants, post indicator valves, etc., on limits of survey and to <br /> centerlines of streets surrounding property and will include size of line if available from plans. <br /> <br />Topograptfical features and information <br /> <br />· Finished first floor elevations of all buildings on-site. <br />· Location, condition, and material of sidewalks and curbs surrounding property. <br />· Location of vehicle curb cuts, drive approaches, etc.. <br />· Widths of roads and sidewalks on and surrounding property. <br />· Location of all existing buildings, sheds, fences, barriers, signs, paved areas, tree lines, etc. within <br /> property. <br />· Location and water elevation of ponds, lakes, streams, etc. within property. <br />· Topographical elevations will be taken on surface of property along all linear break lines (points <br /> defining a linear relationship, such as a ridge, ditch, road crown, curb line, etc.) Additional spot <br /> elevations should be taken between break lines to adequately define the surface. Contours will then be <br /> generated from these field surveyed points and depicted on plan. <br />· Datum to which elevations are referenced (ie. Local datum, USGS datum, etc.) <br />· Establish two (2) benchmarks indicating locations and elevations on plan. <br />· In addition to the edge of woods, approximately twelve (12) substantial trees in key areas (that are to <br /> be saved during construction near the picnic areas) will be located as field marked by the Woolpert's <br /> Landscape Architect. <br /> <br />CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS <br /> <br />1.1 <br /> <br />Schematic Design Phase <br /> <br />1.1.1 <br /> <br />The Consultant shall review with the Owner the improvement programs and budgets set <br />for this proposed portion of the first phase development as outlined master plan dated <br />August 13, 1999. <br /> <br />1.1.2 <br /> <br />Upon a thorough review of the existing master plan information, the Owner shall provide <br />to the Consultant a written statement of any comments and possible design requirements <br />and or changes to be made by the Consultant to this construction document design <br />package. <br /> <br />1.1.3 The Consultant shall prepare a schematic layout of the proposed improvements for <br /> review and approval by the Owner.
