The existing cable system will continue to operate and serve customers
throughout the rebuild construction assuring continuous cable service throughout the
County. Customers in active construction areas may experience some minor
interruptions generated from signal path routing changes, reconfiguration of powering,
or fiber-optic construction. In order to minimize the impact on customers, these
interruptions, if any, will be planned and executed, whenever possible, between the
hours of 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.
Construction areas will include approximately 500 - 1,000 passings. Once
construction is completed in a specific service area, customers will be transferred from
the existing cable system to the rebuilt system between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00
p.m., whenever possible. This transfer will result in a service interruption during this
time frame. Subscribers affected by each passing will be notified one to three days
prior to this interruption. Construction personnel will remain in the area until 7:00
p.m., at a minimum, to assure that the system is operating and that all customers are
receiving service.
Property damage or disturbance shall be minimal. Any property disturbed will
be restored following the completion of construction in a given area. On-site
supervision and inspection of all work will be made on a daily basis. Should any
property damage be identified that is not being restored through normal procedures, it
will be reported to the site supervisor for immediate attention and the property will be
restored to the owner's satisfaction as quickly as possible.

E.
