WHEREAS, the Board is satisfied that closing the Road is not contrary to the public <br />interest and that no individual owning property in the vicinity of the Road would be deprived <br />of reasonable means of ingress and egress to his or her property; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that: <br /> <br /> 1. The Road, in No. 2 Township, Cabarrus County, North Carolina, to wit, <br /> <br /> approximately four hundred (400) feet of Quay Road (SR 140,6), in the vicinity of its <br /> intersection with Speedway/Kings Grant Boulevard as described in the Petition and in <br /> Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, be and the same is hereby <br /> closed. <br /> <br /> 2. A certified copy of this Order be filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds <br /> <br /> for Cabarrus County. <br /> <br /> 3.
