Warranty for the medium intensity strobe lighting kit will be the same warranty as <br /> provided from the strobe manufacturer. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />ROHN's proposal is based upon supplying the material as sefforth in ROHN's <br />proposal and also as indicated in the customer's bid specifications. Any material, <br />labor, etc. required to complete the job which has not been setforth in the bid <br />specification or acknowledged in ROHN's Proposal will be provided at an additional <br />equitable price adjustment. <br /> <br />ROHN's foundation design is based upon the submitted soils report and the <br />following soil parameters which need to be verified by the customer's geotechnical <br />engineer. <br /> <br />a) Depth neglected for skin shear = top 4' <br />b) Average allowable skin shear: 4' to 31' depth -- 650 psf <br />c) Allowable end bearing at 31' depth = 25 ksf <br />d) Ground water table at or near ground surface. <br /> <br /> <br />
