A planned development includes <br />principal and accessory structures and uses subst~mtially related to the characi~r and <br />purposes of the planned development <br /> <br />Plat - includes the tek-ts map, plat, repla~ or replot A map or plan of a tract or <br />parcel of land that is to be, or which has bccn subdivided~ <br /> <br />Private Road - an undedicated private right-of-way which affords access to abutting <br />properties which meets the requirements of Section 4.10 of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />Reservation - withholding a parcel of land from development for a stateci period of <br />time for the purpose of making the land available for public acquisition at a later <br />time. <br /> <br /> <br />
