(3) The County Water and Sewer District has only residential and non-residential classes. (4) Bulk Sales are from Concord to the County Water and Sewer District. Of the five largest water users in the County, four are industries. The third largest water user is the Cabarms County Water and Sewer District. In 1992, the District bought water from Concord and supplied the tom of Harrisburg and various other parts of the county. Currently, the District purchases approximately 70 percent of its water from Concord and the remainder from Kannapolis. Table 4 displays the water use of the five largest users in Cabarrus County.
