3. RENTAL CHARGES <br />LESSEE agrees to pay LESSOR for the use of said communications <br />equipment as described in Schedule A the sum of $49,476.00 <br /> Total Lease Price <br />payable in sixty (60) payments of $824.60 each, said <br />payments to commence one (1) month after the date of the execution <br />of the Installation Certificate, and to be payable on the same day <br />of each month thereafter for the succeeding fifty-nine (59) <br />months. The Installation Certificate is to be subscribed to by <br />LESSEE and LESSOR's installation manager attesting that said <br />equipment is in satisfactory working condition according to <br />accepted and recommended standards. The form of the Installation <br />Certificate appears below, and may be executed here, or on Schedule <br />B to be attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> <br />INSTALLATION CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />The installation of the leased equipment as described in Schedule <br />A of this Lease between The Concord Telephone Company and <br /> , has been satisfactorily completed on <br /> Rental payments shall commence in <br />accordance with Paragraph 3 of said Lease. <br /> <br />INSTALLER LESSEE <br />By By. <br /> <br />Title Title <br /> <br />4. OPTIONS <br />At the end of the said sixty (60) month term as herein before <br />described, LESSEE shall have the option to (i) renew this lease for <br />an additional twelve (12) month term for a total rental equal <br />to forty (40%) of the total rental of the primary sixty <br />(60) month period or $3,958.08 payable monthly in (12) payments <br />of $329.84 each commencing on the day of , <br />19 or, (ii) to purchase the communication equipment for its then <br />fair market value.
