For the Shelter responses, 62% reported their last or present address was in Cabarrus County. For the all other agencies responses i15 of 135 (or 85%) reported a last or present address in Cabarrus County. 19 of 135 (or 14%) reported an outside Cabarrus County address as their last or present address. Household Composition (p.6): The 139 responses from the Winter Night Shelter represented 155 persons, an average of 1.15 persons per household. The 135 responses from the all other agencies groups represented 345 persons, an average of 2.55 persons per household. The 139 Winter Night Shelter responses represented 143 adults, 123 of whom were males and 20 (or 14%) of whom were females. They also included 12 children. The 135 Ail Other Agencies responses represented 187 adults, 74 of whom were males and 113 (or 60%) of whom were females. These responses also represented 164 children. Race of People in Household (p.7): For the 155 people represented by the Winter Night Shelter responses, 91 (or 59%) were Black, 1 (or .7%) was Hispanic and 63 or (41%) were White. For the All Other Agencies group, of 351 people represented, 129 (or 37%) were Black, 6 (or 2%) were Hispanic, and 216 (or 62%) were White. ARe of Adults (p.8): For the Winter Night Shelter responses the average age of the 143 adults was 38 years. For the responses in the Ail Other Agencies group, average age of the 187 adults represented was 31 years.
