Prepare and submit quarterly reports required by uhe North Carolina <br />Department of Transportation; <br /> <br />F. On an on-going basis, evaluate the performance of the system for the <br />purpose of identifying potential operational and passenger hatching <br />improvements, and assist COUNTY in implementing the recommendations of the <br />LOCAL AREA TDP; <br /> <br />,9. Provide transportation only to auZhorized passengers in uhe system; Bil2 <br />ali agencies on a monthly basis, utilizing an itemized invoice; <br /> <br />H. Make available any and all records and written materials pertainin9 to <br />client use statistics, dispatch activities and vehicle data to coLrNTY upon <br />request; maintain separate line item accounts for revenues and expenses for <br />uhe surcharge escrow account; <br /> <br />I. Ensure that $1~500,000 co~bined single limit general liability and <br />automobile liability, collision and comprehensive insurance is in force on all <br />vehicles during the term of this Agreement, with uninsured/underinsured <br />mouorist coverage limits of $$00,000 or as otherwise mutualls~ agreed hereafuer <br />in writing by the parties; and hold harmless CO~{TY and i~s officers, <br />employees, and agents from every claim, demand~ liability, loss, damage, or <br />expense of any nature whatsoever, and all cost or expenses incurred in <br />connection therewith which arises at any time by reason of damage to the <br />property of or personal injury to any p6rson occurring or arisin9 out of the <br />performance by MCS officers, employees, or agents, occasioned by any actual <br />neg!igent act or omission by MCS, except those itemized in Article ii, Sectlcn <br /> <br />J. Immediately notify COUNTY of any accidents or incidents involvin9 any <br />vehicles and clients, whether or not damage or injury results, and make a <br />detailed report of the accident or incident to the director of the agency <br />whose clients were involved, the Chairman of the COUNTY Board, and the full <br />Board; <br /> <br />X. Adhere ~o the holiday schedule adopted by the County of Cabarrus for ils <br />County offices; <br /> <br />L.
