Closure maintenance is $60,835 <br />beginning in FY 99 and increasing 4 % each year. <br /> <br />Groundwater monitoring and leachate hauling begins in FY 99 at $248,000, and <br />increases 4°,/o per year. <br /> <br />Revenue from tire disposal fees increases 4% per year. <br /> <br /> <br />
