He said the tenant said if it goes past March, which is his
intentions, he said he will be moving anyway. So that would answer
the question for the person who is living in that dwelling. He
said anything on that property would be an improvement.

Mr. Marshall said there is a zoning violation on that dwelling that
is being pursued at this point to get cleaned up.

Mr. Smith said Mr. Wickens auto repair garage could do nothing but
improve it. He said he would like to suggest with 100 feet between
his building and the road, that perhaps a 50 foot vegetative
screening, starting from the road on the Tucker side, be suggested
with the wooden fence going back to the rest of asphalt paving. He
said this would probably suffice and also give that a little
stronger screening. He said 30 feet to him is not a lot, and he is
100 feet back off the road. He said 50 feet would look much
better, and it would also look much better to the people living on
the other side.

The Chair asked Mr. Wickens if he was agreeable with 50 feet.

Mr. Wickens said yes, he is agreeable with 50 feet.

Mr. Frankie Faggart, Owner of Frank's Garage Alignment on Poplar
Tent Road, addressed the Board stating he has been there for 3
years, and has spent in a period of 3 years roughly $30,000 in
improvements to his father's property. He said he is the one to
stand the loss if this rezoning goes through, and he is in
opposition to this rezoning.

Mr. Caldwell said his major concern now is, because his property
adjoins the cemetery, can he be restricted to some extent if this
is passed? What kind of impact is he going to have on church
services? He said if Mr. Wickens has a good relationship going in
with the business, perhaps he could get the neighborhood to support
his business. Therefore, he said he thinks before some plans are
made final, he would still like to see him perhaps address the
neighborhood in a better fashion than what he has to see if there
are any major concerns that the church has.

The Chair stated to Mr. Caldwell to make sure he understands, the
County Commissioners will make their decision on November 15th.
Hopefully between now and then, the petitioner having heard your
comments, will respond in some way so that on the 15th when you
come back, you will be able to say to the Commissioners this is
what happened last month.

Mr. Amos asked Mr. Caldwell was his main concern about the church's
operation?

Mr. Caldwell said that is one of the concerns. He said he
understands that you have to operate to make money most everyday
and sometimes more than 12 hours a day. He said he thinks that
Sundays, particularly for the neighborhood, are a slow day, and
