remain to bring service of the finest quality to the patrons of our library. <br />We make every attempt to respond to the needs of our patrons in a friendly <br />and efficient manner. Our care for our Jobs and the library is exhiOited <br />in the outstanding manner in which we do our jobs. However, we are all <br />feeling frustration with our jobs because the volume of what must be done <br />keeps us from being able to offer the service our patrons deserve and to <br />which they have become accustomed. At the present tfme, morale of the <br />library staff is fairly good; however, the staff is overworked and I am not <br />sure how much longer their good morale can be sustained without some much <br />needed help in the form of additional personnel. Our work load is a <br />constant source of stress for all of us. In order to alleviate the situation, <br />! feel that it is necessary to add two part time employees to the library <br />staff. Each of these employees would work 16 hours per week--two evenings <br />and on Saturday--for a total of approximately BO0 hours per year. <br /> <br /> <br />
