Revision of data entry procedures for late day entries <br /> <br />In August, data entry operators rearranged the in boxes in hopes of making <br />workers alert of the "Today Box". Also the clerks have been, as time permits, <br />making individual pick-ups between regular pick-up times to avoid avalanche of <br />forms after 3:30. This has eliminated the necessity of overtime for them on <br />most occasions. <br /> <br />3. Reassignment of some fraud cl~erical to switchboard <br /> <br />Operator Pam Graham began as of 8/1/93 checking the log received at the first <br />of each month for the fraud program. She started setting up records and making <br />cards. The other operator has not been on the job long enough at this time to <br />begin handling other duties. <br /> <br />7. List of notaries to agency staff <br /> <br />The agency paid for notary certification for Tonda Dorton, Cynthia Wilkerson, <br />Jackie Troutman, Jane Hartsell and Libby Moss. Christine Marlowe will be <br />taking the class in the near future and will then be available for notarization <br />of forms. <br /> <br />9. Records were purged and shifted. Due <br />to clerks failure to work together in maintaining the IV-D file room, it is <br />again unorganized.
