Attached is a summary which details each county's Healthy Mother's/ <br />Healthy Children allocation for FY 1991-92 and FY 1992-93. To <br />budget your FY 1991-92 allocation, forward the necessary contract <br />budget revision to Barry Goldstein, Deputy Director of this Division. <br />The FY 1992-93 allocation will be included in your FY 1992-93 <br />budgetary guidance. A brief (no more than one pa~e) narrative <br />describinq how the additional funds will be Used must accompany <br />the budget revision(s). A copy. of the revision request and <br />justification narrative.must also be sent to your Regional MCH <br />supervisor. <br /> <br />We are pleased that we can offer this additional assistance. Please <br />remember, however, that Section 170. Chapter 130-A-41 of the N. C. <br />Statutes prohibits use of the state and federal MCH Funds to replace <br />local funds. If your allocation cannot be used to supplement local <br />appropriations it must be returned to the Division of Maternal and <br />Child Health for reallocation to other counties. <br /> <br />AW/bb <br /> <br />cc <br /> <br />Dr. Ronald H.
