In another agenda item, the Advisory Commission reviewed and <br />discussed a Youth Athletic Baseball Proposal. The local volunteer <br />youth baseball officials have voiced their concern to change the <br />baseball program format to a "Major - Minor" League within each age <br />group (9-10) and (11-12). This would consist of each district <br />selecting the best athletes to compete in the major program with <br />the remaining athletes together in the minor program. Ail major <br />league teams would play against each other and all minor league <br />teams would play against each other.
