Department of <br />Economic and Community Development. <br /> <br />You are invited to submit a proposal to be received not later <br />than 10:00 AM on Monday, July 20, 1992 at the P!~nning Director's <br />office on the second floor of the Cabarrus County Governmental <br />Center, Church Street, Concord, N.C. 28026 or P.O.
