12. <br /> <br />As previously stated, covenants are in the <br />process of being prepared and will need to be <br />submitted before the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission review of this petition. <br /> <br />13. There are no condominiums proposed for this <br /> development so this requirement is not <br /> applicable. <br /> <br />14. A soils map is included with the petitioners <br /> documentation and a review of the soil types <br /> and possible constraints by the Soil <br /> Conservation Service will be submitted. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />The petitioner has provided estimates of <br />anticipated population based upon the 1990 <br />Census. The MLUP and attached documents begin <br />to address how this development proposal is <br />coordinated with schools, recreation, and <br />county services although some of these items <br />should be clarified by further submissions <br />(detailed in this review) and the oral <br />presentation of the petitioner. <br /> <br /> <br />
