evaluate potential energy markets as energy purchasers from a <br /> <br /> I waste-to-energy plant serving the County. <br /> <br /> The Project Team will identify existing energy markets within th6 County <br /> I which are compatible with an energy recovery facility. This process will <br /> include a telephone survey to existing major energy markets. The <br /> . information sought will include: <br /> <br /> i · quantity of present and anticipated energy production; <br /> · schedule of energy production annually, monthly, weekly, and daily; <br /> <br /> · description of current existing energy production facilities and <br /> I current fuel type; <br /> <br /> i · an assessment of stability of the firm; <br /> · availability of sites; and, <br /> <br /> potential intere, st by energy market. <br /> I Following this work and after review with the County, the Project Team will <br /> select the most promising energy markets for further evaluation. _. <br /> I CDM will build upon the energy market file data that we compiled during our <br /> completion of the waste-to-energy feasibility study we completed for <br /> I Cabarrus County back in 1985. <br /> <br />I CDM will conduct a telephone interview with each of the three most <br /> promising energy markets to obtain the following information: <br />I I.
